9.1/10 stinky bananas

In honor of Guy Fawkes day, November 5th, here is a V for Vendetta review. This movie exceeded my expectations by a wide margin. V (Hugo Weaving’s character) is pretty much a political Batman. Pretty badass.

Hugo Weaving does not miss. He is a top tier actor and nearly everything he is in is excellent. V for Vendetta is no exception. His voice suited the character perfectly and he delivered each of his lines with conviction.

I would be hard-pressed not to mention Natalie Portman. Overall, I think she was very good. But her accent was a tad bit distracting. It was very noticeable that the English accent wasn’t native to her.

The action was great and the story may be even better. Great movie. Give it a watch.

The Matrix Revolutions

2.6/10 stinky bananas The Matrix has officially lost the plot. I have legitimately no idea what is going on in this franchise anymore. Back-to-back stinkers after an absolutely fantastic opening film.

The Matrix Reloaded

3.3/10 stinky bananas Oh boy, Matrix fell off hard. Bad sequel. This movie stinks, except for 3 scenes: Neo fighting a million Agent Smiths all at once. That rules. Fight scene with medieval weapons.
